This site introduces SartoAI applications and services. No visitor analytics have been added. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information to serve pages and limit abuse.

Your meeting inquiry

Only when you select “Send inquiry” are your name, email, optional company, area of interest, need and attached fictional demo summary sent to SartoAI inquiry records. They are used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. This does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Access and retention

Inquiries are stored in the hosting infrastructure database. The inbox is restricted to the site owner’s authenticated account. The inbox shows records from the last 180 days. Older records are removed when a new inquiry arrives or the inbox is opened. Contact team@sartoai.com for information or deletion requests.

Temporary drafts and abuse protection

Generating task summaries, copying and downloading text files happen in your browser. Demo summaries you choose to attach to an inquiry and form drafts carried between languages are kept in the same tab for at most five minutes and removed when read. An hourly hash of the network address is used only for rate limiting; the raw network address is not stored with the inquiry.

Examples and application access

Output examples and all seven demos use fictional data. They do not call live AI, send customer messages or make automated business decisions. Actual sign-in screens are labelled separately. Each application has its own account, access and data conditions.

Your language preference

Your selected English or Turkish interface language is remembered for up to one year using the sartoai_language preference cookie across the SartoAI website and application subdomains. A local browser preference may be used if cookies are unavailable. This preference is separate from sign-in and marketing; it does not translate customer records or document content.
