OUR APPROACH

Technology creates value
when it fits your work.

Sarto means tailor in Italian. We begin by taking measurements: understanding the work, the people and the need. Then we shape the solution together.

01

Measure / Understand

See the work with the people doing it.

We map the current flow using an order, a style or an inspection. We identify repetition, waiting, missing information and decision points.

Output: A problem definition and baseline.
02

Design

Choose a small, meaningful scope.

We define user roles, sources and approvals. We clarify the task the pilot will improve and how to measure it.

Output: A pilot workflow and acceptance measures.
03

Test

Use it on a real task.

We observe the team completing its first tasks. Alongside results, we record missing information, added work and usability barriers.

Output: Usage observations and comparison.
04

Adapt

Use evidence to decide the next step.

We improve what works and simplify unnecessary steps. We decide together whether to expand based on daily use and measured value.

Output: An improvement and adoption plan.

ADOPTION

Installing software
is a starting point.

Your team needs to see the value, complete a first task easily and choose to use it again.

We use role-specific examples, practical onboarding and short feedback cycles. We examine which steps we can remove from daily work as well as which interface to add.
